Nature of Our Services

EngageX sells digital online services (such as followers, likes, views, and similar packages). These are not physical products. Once delivery has started or completed on a target you provided, the service generally cannot be returned like a physical item.

Delivery

Most orders begin within 1 hour after successful payment. Speed depends on your order size, package type, platform conditions, and the accuracy of details you submit.

Eligible Refund Situations

• Payment was charged but the order was not created/started due to a system or payment error on our side.
• We cancel an order before delivery begins and cannot fulfill the service.
• A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
• We confirm no delivery progress was made and the failure was not caused by incorrect/restricted target details from you.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Delivery has started or completed.
• You provided an incorrect, private, restricted, deleted, or inaccessible target link.
• You change your mind after ordering.
• Platform algorithm changes or temporary drops after delivery.

Non Drop Guarantee

We focus on reliable, high quality delivery with stable results on every order. If you experience an unexpected drop and believe it falls under our Non Drop Guarantee, contact WhatsApp support with your Order ID and target link. Remedies under this guarantee are handled case by case and are not automatic cash refunds.

How to Request a Refund or Review

Refund Method and Timing
